1. Returning Window
You have 7 days from the purchase/service date to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
2. Eligibility & Exclusions
To be eligible for a refund, please note the following criteria and limitations:
- We can only refund the service fees charged directly by us.
- Government fees paid for stamping or title extractions are non-refundable once the process has been initiated with the authorities.
- Refunds will not be issued if the information you provided to initiate the order was incorrect or mistyped.
3. How to Start a Return
Please follow these quick steps to return your item:
- Contact our Support Team with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days (subject to payment provider's processing times).
