  • Our services and charges varies from case to case, however these are the usual services you can expect when working with us to obtain your auction / lelong property.

Our Services

Before buying the auction unit:

  • Conduct market research on the unit
  • Check whether the unit is vacant or not
  • Check outstanding fees for the unit and whether it can be waived
  • Check the title and whether what kind of transfer will take place
  • Check whether there are any caveats on the unit
  • Check whether the unit have an obstructions or restrictions
  • Help client prepare all documents needed to participate the auction
  • Check outstanding fees for the unit and whether it can be waived
  • Register client for auction
  • Conduct bidding for client

After buying the auction unit:

  • Prepare legal firm for legal works (SPA, MOT)
  • Prepare banker for financing (loan)
  • Obtain keys or locksmith for auction unit
  • Conduct court order for eviction if occupant refuses to vacate the unit

Our Charges

The good thing about working with us to get your auction / lelong property is that our charges are usually 0%!

Although it varies cases by cases, our commission and compensation is paid directly by the bank. Whenever there are cases where we don’t receive commission or the commission is too low (0.5%), we will request from the customer no more than 2%.

And this commission is only paid to us after you get the keys to your unit and everything is done. Before those steps, you will not have to pay us anything!
